Federal regulations require bicycles with seat heights equal to or less than 25 inches to be equipped with foot brakes, and require full coverage of chain guards to prevent clothing or body parts from being pinched.

The products recalled this time were sold from October 2020 to November 2022, with approximately 22700 units sold for a price range of $80-135. As of now, there have been no reports of accidents or casualties. CPSC recommends that consumers immediately stop using the product and contact the company to obtain a full refund.
